Ruth Smith – Operating Partner – Entrepreneurs at heart, Ruth and her husband Greg are the owners of Keller Williams Conroe/Lake Conroe/Huntsville.   Also owners’ of a mortgage company, a title company and a real estate school, purchasing the company in 2000, was a logical step for Ruth and Greg. Dedicated to the models and beliefs of Keller Williams Realty International, Ruth is our daily reminder of what can be accomplished in life.

Janine Ford – Market Center Administrator/Broker of Record - As the Market Center Administrator, Janine is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Market Center while focusing on maintaining accurate financial reporting so that our agents get the most from Keller Williams’ Profit Share System.  As the Broker of Record, she reviews the legal aspects and terms of all contracts to ensure a smooth transaction, providing guidance through the negotiation and closing processes.  A passion for real estate, finances and problem solving make her a perfect match for this fast-paced position. 

Wes Green – Assistant Market Center Administrator - After completing a 30-year career with Conoco, Wes started a second career as a realtor. Wes is responsible for day-to-day accounting procedures for the Market Center including commission authorization disbursements, agent billing and accounts payable. His attention to detail and extreme patience makes him an invaluable asset to our organization. 

Brenda McCartha – Agent Services Coordinator – A licensed realtor since 2002, Brenda provides superior support services for our agents. She coordinates all the paperwork necessary for new agents to become part of our team and ensures our existing agents are kept up-to-date on training events and office procedures. Being a mother of 4, Brenda has an unsurpassed ability to multi-task which is a key quality in dealing with over 200 realtors.

Jacob Hebert – Director of Technology - Jacob is the Director of Technology at the Keller Williams Conroe/Lake Conroe/Huntsville Market Center.  He is able to offer Keller Williams agents and staff immediate technical support and up to date IT training.  He researches and monitors trends in Online Advertising and Web Design to keep the Conroe Market Center well ahead of the competition.  He also designs and manages websites for both his Market Center and its agents.  He is dedicated to working hard for his agents so they can work hard for you.

Mary Sinclair - Director of First Impressions – Mary has an extensive real estate background both as a Real Estate Broker and Senior Mortgage Loan Officer. With a natural tendency to care about people and an abundance of enthusiasm, Mary has the ability to make everyone that enters our office feel welcome. Twice retired, she returned to the workforce with a specific goal – have money to spoil her twin grandchildren!

Dee Patterson – Branch Office Administrator – A native of Dallas, Dee ’s real estate experience covers more than 25 years. Responsible for the operations of our Huntsville Business Center , Dee has a wide array of duties focusing mainly on communications between Huntsville and Conroe .  A strong willingness to serve others has earned Dee the love and respect of our Huntsville agents. 

Kim Talbert – Certified Public Accountant – Kim works hard behind the scenes at Keller Williams Conroe ensuring all financial documents are processed accurately and timely. With 3 active children and a husband that serves as an Education Minister, Kim is an expert at juggling work and family. Her endless determination helps our Market Center consistently be among the “best of the best”.

Vanessa Irving – Staff Support – A thirst for knowledge of the real estate industry and a desire to keep everyone organized, Vanessa is the newest member to our staff. A student at the local Community College, she helps out where needed doing everything from answering the telephone to processing commission disbursement authorizations. Full of energy and committed to excellence, Vanessa keeps us all on our toes.
